Teen pop star Justin Bieber is reportedly planning to make his second concert film on a budget of 15 million pounds.
His maiden concert film 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never' released in 2011 and turned out to be the highest-grossing music movie of all time by raking in 65 million pounds.
In the new movie, he plans to include some parts of his London gig where he turned up hours late and faced a lot of criticism for it, reported Daily Star.
"Justin will be bringing out a new film in time for Christmas. His ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez will not feature, but he is using some footage from the disastrous London leg of his tour.
"Justin filmed his own video to express his feelings about what happened. He also plans to have famous friends like The Wanted, Miley Cyrus and rapper Lil Twist appear in the flick," a source said.
