Johar took to twitter to express his "indelible memories" by quoting the 2003 released film's title track.
"'Kal Ho Naa Ho' completes a decade... Har pal yaha Jee bhar jeeyo, jo hai sama, Kal ho naa ho... Indelible memories...," Johar posted.
Shah Rukh thanked his co-stars Saif Ali Khan and Preity.
"10 yrs of 'Kal Ho Naa Ho'. Thanks Hiroo, Nikhil Karan Preity, Saif and the whole team of KHNH. And Yash Johar (Tom uncle)... You were most special. Miss you," Shah Rukh wrote.
"There a good films, bad films and then there are films that are magical and 'Kal Ho Na Ho' is one of them. It made me laugh, cry and touched my heart," she posted.
