Kalyan Jewellers opens 5 more showrooms in Kerala

Leading jewellery brand Kalyan Jewellers has opened five more exclusive showrooms in Kerala, taking the total number of outlets to 15 in the state.
All the five showrooms at Attingal, Adoor, Thodupuzha, Alappuzha and Angamaly were opened yesterday.
Kalyan Jewellers' brand ambassadors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Tamil actor Prabhu and Malayalam actress Manju were at the inauguration of showrooms.
With this launch, Kalyan Jewellers will have 15 exclusive showrooms in Kerala -- the highest number by any jewellery company in the state.
Following an investment of Rs 1,200 crore by Warburg Pincus in October this year, Kalyan Jewellers has been scaling up its presence across India and West Asia, TS Kalyanaraman, Chairman and Managing Director of the Jewellery Company, said in a release.

With the launch of these new showrooms, the brand presently has 72 showrooms across India and the United Arab Emirates, Rajesh Kalyanaraman and Ramesh Kalyanaraman, Executive Directors, said.
KalyanJewellers, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Thrissur (Kerala), currently has an established presence across all major markets in South India, Maharashtra, Gujarat, National Capital Region (NCR) and Punjab.
Presently, it has a network of 58 exclusive outlets in India and nine exclusive showrooms in the United Arab Emirates. Kalyan Jewellers recently opened five new showrooms -- two in Bengaluru, one in Mumbai and three in the UAE.
