The 34-year-old model, also known as Jordan, has accused Andre and his management of leaking explosive details about her private life, reported Daily Mirror.
She lodged papers in the High Court last week seeking damages for "misuse of private information" which had left her suffering "serious distress".
The documents name the defendants as her former manager Claire Powell, management company Can Associates, Andre and former friend Jamelah Asmar.
She accused Powell for asking Price's employee Nicola Partridge to gather false smears about the model's personal life after she split from her.
The resulting email is said to allege that the beauty was on the "point of having an affair" with her riding instructor Andrew Gould.
The 'Mysterious girl' hitmaker believes that this email, which also contains details about her medical information, is a breach of their contract.
