Issuing a circular in this regard, Director General (Information) Chandrashekhar Bhatt has asked his department to provide information about incidents and administrative decisions taken in different districts to the Cabinet minister's office apart from senior officers of the department on a regular basis.
Kaushik, who represents Haridwar constituency in the state assembly, is the Urban Development Minister in Trivendra Singh Rawat's Cabinet.
