Addressing a rally at Arts and Science College Ground, Hanamkonda, Rao said Congress and TDP ruled the state for 58 years, but had nothing to show for it in terms of welfafe and development.
By 2018 his government will ensure uninterrupted power supply to every part of the state and TRS would not seek votes next time if the government failed to supply drinking water to every household by 2019, he said.
He also mentioned the welfare schemes and measures such as Two Bedroom Housing Scheme for poor, insurance for construction workers and drivers, increased salaries for anganwadi teachers, Mission Kakatiya irrigaation programme, etc.
