Leicester City Football clubwon the Premier League after Tottenham Hotspur drew 2-2 with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last night.
"Who does not believe in miracles now. This is the greatest day in the history of Leicester. The whole world will hail this victory and the achievements of a brave and courageous team who have overcome the most famous football teams in the world to take us to the pinnacle of world club soccer," said 59-year-old Vaz who represents Leicester East in the House of Commons.
It is the first time in Leicester's 132-year history that the they have won the league, and the manner of their success was far from conventional with an insurmountable seven-point lead over Tottenham.
