The former Delhi Chief Minister is also expected to retain the Hanuman Road office in Central Delhi, which will be converted into a make shift accomodation cum office.
"He (Kejriwal) is expected to vacate the Tilak Road residence by month end and will move to Kaushmabi," said a senior AAP source.
Interestingly, the party's registered office is also at the same place and it was from here that the party drew most of its strategies for the assembly election in December last year.
Party sources said that Kejriwal will also stay in the Hanuman Road office.
"This will serve as his office cum residence. More importantly, he will also stay in New Delhi assembly constituency, which he represents.
The Hanuman Road office, a two storey structure including a terrace serves as office-cum-residence for several AAP volunteers and leaders including senior party leaders like Gopal Rai and Sanjay Singh.
While he had almost zeroed down on a house at Civil Lines, the house got embroiled in a legal tangle following which he decided not to move in there.
