The couple tied the knot at the Blackberry Farms, a luxury hotel set in 4200 acres near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The 31-year-old singer announced the news on Twitter, sharing a series of wedding photographs, reported Ace Showbiz.
"I am officially Mrs Blackstock. We got married yesterday at Blackberry Farms in TN, the most beautiful place ever," Clarkson posted.
The singer included a photograph of the couple smiling under a rustic bridge. Clarkson looked beautiful wearing a long lace dress whilst in two photographs her new husband kissed her. In a third photograph she thanked the creators of her classic dress and ornate headdress.
36-year-old Brandon has two children from a previous marriage, Savannah (aged 12) and Seth (aged 6).
Brandon is the son of Clarkson's manager Narvel Blackstock. The couple began dating in February 2012 shortly after Brandon divorced his first wife.
Clarkson announced their engagement in December 2012, also via Twitter, further revealing in August of this year their intention to elope rather than plan an elaborate ceremony.
Clarkson is marrying into a musical family, not only is Brandon the son of her manager, he is also the step-son of country star and actress Reba McEntire.
