The 27-year-old model and reality TV star was seen entering Providence Tarzana Medical Center after the incident, reported Us magazine.
Wilkinson is said to be "in shock" and "really sore" from the incident.
"She has not suffered any serious injuries. She was taken in earlier. She has been discharged already," a source said.
Wilkinson is married to American football star Hank Baskett III. The couple have a three-year-old son, also named Hank.
It was unclear if Wilkinson was behind the wheel at the time of the accident or if anyone else was in the car with her. No other injuries were reported.
