The 28-year-old reality TV star and Wilkinson, 31, who wed in 2009, are already parents to their three and a half year old son Hank Baskett IV, reported E! online.
"She and Hank have been planning a second baby for a while and they are very excited," a source said.
The former 'Girls Next Door' star was planning to have a sibling for her son since sometime.
Wilkinson is most likely to take up some advice from the mother of two, Jessica Simpson for shedding her baby weight.
