This was stated by Chandy in the state assembly in response to a question by V Chenthamarakshan of CPI-M.
Chandy himself made six foreign tours while Minister for Co-operation and Khadi and Village Industries C N Balakrishnan is the lone minister in his cabinet who has not made a single overseas visit during the period.
Minister for Social Justice and Panchayats M K Muneer topped the list with 27 visits abroad followed by Industries Minister P K Kunhalikutty and Labour Minister Shibu Baby John with 21 tours each.
