Kesha, 27, was forced to cancel her tour in January this year to seek treatment for eating disorder, reported People magazine.
"She has eliminated all of the negative people and influences in her life. She has surrounded herself with only supportive and loving friends and family," a source said.
The 'Timber' singer has reportedly been lying low following her stint in a Chicago-based rehab center where she sought the treatment alongside her mother, Pebe Sebert.
The singer is said to be doing well.
"Kesha is back to practising self-love and is at peace with herself. She's found her inner strength and focus again," a source said.
