'Just Like You' singer Keyshia Cole has been reportedly arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman.
She was arrested on September 19, after she hit a woman, named Sabrina Mercadel, motivated by jealousy as she believed the lady had gotten intimate with her supposed rapper boyfriend Birdman, reported TMZ.
Cole, 32, was apparently arrested in the early hours of Friday morning and spent a number of hours in jail. She was charged with battery and an outstanding reckless driving warrant. She was released later that day on a USD 46,000 bail.
Sources claim Mercadel is an old friend of Birdman and there were four other people present at the time of the assault. Cole's representative has declined to comment on the incident.
