Haqq was arrested in LA yesterday, reported Us magazine.
The reality star crashed her black Mercedes Benz on the 101 freeway at 3:01 am, a spokesperson for the California Highway Patrol (CHP) said. Her vehicle was blocking lanes north of Vineland. Haqq was reportedly coming from a birthday bash at the time.

Haqq, 32, was arrested for DUI and was booked at the Van Nuys Police Station.
In a CHP report, it is stated that she showed "objective symptoms of intoxication." She was later released with her bail set at USD 30,000.
