The 33-year-old socialite had regained her curvaceous body after the birth of her daughter North in June last year by going on a high-protein Atkins diet, reported Us magazine.
"(Kim) is still losing more every week. She wants to look the best she possible can for her wedding photos. She'll eat veggies, but no noodles, rice or bread. It shocks her body," a source said.
"It's the only way to get the weight off. She does 100 squats each morning," the source added.
Kardashian will reportedly tie the knot with West in May.
