West, 36, surprised the 33-year-old socialite on February 14 by filling an entire room with red roses, reported E!Online.
The brunette beauty posted on Twitter a picture of hers on a sofa in a dimly lit room, which was filled with long-stemmed roses.
"A thousand roses! Nothing better than being with my love on Valentine's Day! Happy Valentine's Day dolls!," Kardashian said.
For the occasion the socialite headed to Baltimore from LA with the couple's eight-month-old daughter, North, to be with West, who performed in the city as part of his Yeezus tour.
The red-tinted photograph features the couple chatting before he hits the stage.
