The 33-year-old 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star won the GQ award on Tuesday night and hours after, the magazine's online edition revealed the pictures from the shoot, reported Huffington Post.
Kardashian, married to rapper Kanye West, has earlier also posed nude for magazines like W but it was her first such photoshoot since the birth of her daughter in June 2013. The star had expressed desire to bare all in an episode of her family TV show.
