Lawrence, 27, in a recent interview with E! News said she used to binge watch the reality TV series to cope with the stress of filming her latest release "mother!".
Kardashian, 36, stumbled upon on the interview while watching television and took to Snapchat to express her reaction.
"OMG is this real?!" she wrote, while recording the Oscar-winning actor's tete-a-tete.
Lawrence had said, "It got to a point in the movie where it got so dark I was like you know what? I need the Kardashians."
