Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has threatened to sue a paparazzi agency for allegedly taking her nude pictures while she was relaxing by her pool.
The 34-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star sent a legal letter to the agency, X17, after they hawked alleged naked pool pictures that were taken from a helicopter flying over her home, reported Aceshowbiz.
According to the legal letter sent by Kardashian's attorney Marty Singer, the alleged pictures were illegally taken using a telephoto lens from a helicopter hovering over her Hidden Hills home.
In the picture, Kardashian is supposedly lounging by her pool while wearing nothing. However, the star said she was sporting blue two-piece and immediately grabbed a towel to cover up when she saw the chopper.
The agency removed the photos from its website, after Kardashian warned she would take them to court for invasion of privacy if they tried to sell the pictures to other news outlets.
