Kardashian's episode is expected to air late in the 10th season that will premiere on September 29 on FOX.
Zooey Deschanel, Olivia Wilde, Alison Brie and Stanley Tucci have been previously tapped to contribute to other episodes in this coming season.
Season 10 will be the last installment of 'American Dad' that airs on FOX. The show will move to TBS for its 11th season slated to premiere in late 2014.
