Kirsten Dunst gets teary-eyed at her film's Cannes premiere

Actress Kirsten Dunst could not contain her emotions while attending the premiere of her upcoming film "The Beguiled" at the 70th Cannes Film Festival.
The 35-year-old star wiped away a tear as she walked down the red carpet with co-stars Nicole Kidman, Colin Farrell and Elle Fanning, and director Sofia Coppola, reported Variety.
Clad in a periwinkle A-line gown, Dunst was spotted comforted by Sofia who was wearing a school girl-esque black skirt suit with a prim collar.
Kidman wore a stunning, 20s-inspired, form-fitting golden dress, while Fanning glided across the carpet in a purple princess dress with an a-symmetrical dropped waist.

"The Beguiled" will compete for the Palme d'Or - the highest honour at Cannes- and arrive in the US on June 23.
