Organised by Tamquest Entertainment and Country Club, the festival will be an annual gathering for kite lovers in the country to be held on January 18.
Kites of all sizes, shapes and colours will be on display and over 10,000 visitors are expected to watch the spectacular show.
Massive theme-based kites will also don the blue skies with some even made up to look like birds and animals.
A number of kite stalls will enable people to "Buy-and-Fly" instantly.
The kite-flying session will be followed by time out to view various kites at a special exhibition where experts will talk of kite construction, materials used and other tips.
Some highlights of the event are the free kite workshop for the kids, kite display by international kite teams, kite flying for general public, cultural programmes from countries, separate kids play area with bouncing castle and camel rider.
