With the generation units higher than the earlier year, the company expected to register additional revenue in the current year, its Managing Director, T K Chandiran said.
The company proposed to foray into agri business and exploring better business opportunities in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, he said.
He expressed hope that better governance, demonetisation and Governments renewable energy policy would improve overall growth of the economy.
REC income for this half stood at Rs 12.19 lakh, he said.
