The 37-year-old Los Angeles Lakers star unveiled a championship banner for the "Bad Blood" hitmaker on his home turf, reported Billboard.
"Taylor Swift, Most Sold Out Performances," the banner read.
Bryant pointed to the drop-down banner as fans screamed, before Swift hugged him in gratitude.
Swift, 25, took to Twitter to thank him for the gift.
"Tonight @kobebryant surprised me with a banner in @STAPLESCenter for the most sold out shows. You did that. Love you."
The official account of Staples Center, LA, also shared a picture of the duo on Instagram.
"Congrats on record setting 16 sold out shows @taylorswift, most by any artist in the history of STAPLES Center! For that we raise a banner in your honour! #1989TourLA," read the caption.
