Indian batsman Virat Kohli was engaged in yet another fierce verbal battle with the Australian team on the fifth and final day of the third cricket Test at MCG today.
The incident happened when Kohli was batting during India's second innings and he survived a narrow run-out chance in the fifth over.
Kohli had hit a Mitchell Johnson delivery towards mid-off and ran to the other end to steal a single even as Murali Vijay, who was at the non-striker end, didn't move. Warner fielded the ball but his throw was poor.
After the incident, Brad Haddin started saying "It's all about you. It's all about you", while clapping his hands in Kohli's direction.
Kohli appeared to gesture in the direction of the umpires, apparently in protest of the Australians' needling which was audible on Channel Nine's stump microphone.
"That would have been a shame, Virat," Shane Watson was quoted as saying by Herald Sun.
On Sunday, Kohli had said that he was called a "spoilt brat" by the Australians and it brought the best out of him as he smashed a career-best 169-run knock.
Kohli again had a go at Johnson and apparently said something to him when he was walking off after being dismissed on Monday.
In the press conference later, Warner said "whatever happens in the field should stay on the field. It shouldn't be brought off the field.
