The trailer shows Ram as a 45-year-old man, who falls for a much younger Bollywood starlet, played by Sunny.
Seen in pivotal roles are debutant Navdeep Chhabra and model-actress Evelyn Sharma.
"Each of my actors have brought alive their characters by adding their own unique touches. 'Kuch Kuch Locha Hai' is a fun filled laugh riot and I'm sure we will be able to please everybody's sensibilities.
"The ride till release is filled with something new for everybody and none of my actors have been seen in these avatars before," said director Devang Dholakia.
"Devang and all the actors have given their best to the film and now we wait for May 8 to see the audiences' reaction," Purohit said.
