Kullu Dussehra festival to commence on Oct 24

A decision to this effect was taken at a meeeting of the Dussehra Committee held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal here today.

Dhumal said adequate security arrangements would be made to ensure law and order during the festival.
