The celebrations lasted all day, but noticeably absent from the evening's celebrations were Kim Kardashian, her boyfriend Kanye West and their two month baby North West, reported Us magazine.
"Kim celebrated with Kylie during the day. She and Kanye had to look after their little one later in the day," a source said.
Kim also posted a birthday message to her step-sister on her Instagram page, as did the rest of the Kardashian clan who were eager to celebrate the special day.
While mother Kris Jenner wrote; "Happy Birthday my beautiful Angel girl. I love you so much. You are such a blessing and joy in my life.
