The 29-year-old Golden Globe-winner stole the spotlight as she hit the runway wearing an oversized floor-length gray coat with green fur arm cuffs over a neck-tie blouse and a pair of sky-high platform boots, reported Aceshowbiz.
The "Bad Romance" singer looked unrecognizable sporting rock star-inspired makeup with dark lipstick and bleached eyebrows.
Gaga uploaded on Instagram some photos, which show her preparation for her first walk ever and several pictures featuring her hitting the catwalk.
Joining Gaga at the show was model-reality TV star Kendall Jenner.
Gaga's walk came just days after she attended the 2016 Grammy Awards wearing a custom sateen coat from the famous designer.
Jacob uploaded some pictures, which feature himself assisting Gaga before the show.
"Fitting GAGA! Mother of all the little monsters!! Thank you for being the beautiful woman that you are and walking our spectacular show tonite@ladygaga #fashion," he captioned one of the photos.
