Odom, 33, who is based in Los Angeles, had obtained the property prior to his marriage in 2009, as he was being courted by the Miami Heat basketball team, reported Radar online.
The 8,600 sq ft property, which was built in 2002, was updated by the couple to feature marble floors, a movie theatre and a wet bar.
The couple have been estranged for months after he was accused of cheating with multiple women and suffering a spiralling addiction to prescription pills and crack cocaine.
