The FIR has been lodged against Moti Goyal at police station Sihani Gate, SHO Sihani Gate, Ashok Shishodia said.
He said the Prem Chandra Gaur, the office superintendent of Land Acquisition Department has lodged the FIR for submitting forged documents in the High Court proceedings purporting to be the authentic documents of Land Acquisition department.
Goyal has been booked under IPC sections 420, 467, 468, 471.
Several other cases of land scams are currently under trial against Goyal.
