The 85-year-old singer took to Twitter to express her happiness on watching young, talented participants of the show and wished them luck on their musical journey.
"Greetings. I was watching 'Indian Idol' Junior and I must really commend the three judges Vishal Dadlani, Salim Merchant and Shalmali Kholgade, they are doing a good job. They hear out the kids and give them good advice," Mangeshkar tweeted.
"All the kids are beautiful singers. I am impressed by their singing talent. I give my blessings to them and wish them all success in life, she added.
