Khattar had announced that a medical college will soon come up in Jind but the foundation stone of the project is yet to be laid, Congress leader Pramod Sehwag said.
"The work on the proposed Railway under-bridge is also yet to start, the CM is fooling the people of Jind," Sehwag said, adding that the Congress workers will show black flags to the chief minister when he visits the city on July 26.
He asked INLD MLA from Jind Hari Chand Midha to join hands to take on the government.
"INLD MLAs are nowhere to be seen during protests but are always seen when the campaign for the elections are on," he joked.
"We are giving three days time to the state government, if they don't lay the foundation stone of the medical college, we won't think twice before coming out on the streets," he warned.
