The network has opted not to continue with 'LeAnn & Eddie' after airing eight episodes last year, E! online reported.
The series, which came from the producers of Duck Dynasty, focused on Rimes, 32, and Cibrian's lives together. The couple said that they wanted to use the reality show to address tabloid rumours about their relationship.
At the time, the couple said: "We are really excited to be working together on a unique show that will give you a glimpse into who we really are or better yet who we're really not.
Rimes and Cibrian have often found themselves at the centre of media attention as their relationship began while they were both married to other people.
In November, Cibrian described rumours that they were experiencing marital problems as "ridiculous".
