Rajan Vishwambhar (30), who teaches chemistry at a private college in Moradabad, was arrested last night in Lucknow by Government Railway Police following the complaint of the 25-year-old woman, who was travelling in the same coach, police said.
In her complaint she alleged that Vishwambhar started passing vulgar comments and making indecent gestures right after she boarded the train from Varanasi.
