The duo will star opposite actress Rebel Wilson in a love triangle comedy, reported Variety.
Rebel plays a cynical woman in the movie who realises her life has become a romantic comedy.
The two actors fall for Wilson's character, wherein Hemsworth is the object of her affections and Devine plays a character who is stuck in the friend zone.
The film will be directed by Todd Strauss-Schulson and is expected to go on floors in June.
