The housing finance firm had posted a net profit of Rs 370.02 crore in the same period of 2013-14.
Total income has increased to Rs 2,860.59 crore for the quarter under review, from Rs 2,477.94 crore a year ago.
For the full year 2014-15 (April-March), the company's net profit crept up to Rs 1,386.18 crore, from Rs 1,317.18 crore in the previous fiscal.
Total income (2014-15) too went up to Rs 10,798.65 crore in the January-March quarter, from Rs 9,334.66 crore in the year-ago period, it said.
