Additional Sessions Judge H K Mishra sentenced Mohan Singh, Arjun Singh, Bharat Singh, Rahul Singh, Lacchu Singh, Sanjay Singh, Bhagwan Singh, Laad Singh, Shankarlal, Bhagwan Singh and Makhan Singh, while acquitted Karan Singh on the grounds of lack of evidence against him, MP Police Headquarters (PHQ) spokesperson said today.
All the accused, residents of Hanoti village in Shajapur district, were found guilty of killing Prabhulal over an old enmity on October 25, 2014.
The accused took Prabhulal to an agricultural field and murdered him by attacking with a sword and an axe.
