Judge Ravindra Singh handed the life sentence to the duo yesterday, according to prosecution.
On January 13, 2006, the duo, Pradeep Yadav and Ram Dev of village Sikahara had come to the house of one Virendra Singh in village Fafota and kidnapped Srikant from the neighbouring house, they said.
The boy was later rescued by the police.
