Life term for killing paramour

A local court here today awarded life imprisonment to a 47-year-old man on charges of murdering his paramour in Annur, 35 Kms from here, in 2011.
According to prosecution, Raja had established illicit relation with the woman after her husband left her and went to Kerala.
However, on return of her husband, she decided to end the relationship.
Angry over this, Raja entered the house of the woman and killed her with a sickle on May 12, 2011.
The case was going on in a women's court, which sentenced him to life imprisonment and slapped a fine of Rs 5,000.
