Special judge Manvendra Singh awarded life imprisonment yesterday to Yogesh and Bhuvanesh for shooting dead Giriraj Kishore of Kamsan village on April 4, 2012.
An FIR had been filed by Kishore's son Puneet Upadhyay in which Yogesh and Bhuvanesh were named as accused.
Based on the evidence on record, the judge found the accused guilty of murder and awarded life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 each on the two.
