Light to moderate rain forecast in Bengal

The Met department today forecast light to moderate rain in West Bengal for the next two days as different parts of the state received scant rainfall during the day.
There was no significant rain in any place of the state since yesterday morning, the Met department said.
Krishnagar in Nadia district recorded the highest day temperature in the state at 36.4 degree celsius.
In Kolkata the day's highest temperature was recorded at 33.1 degree celsius as the city received 5.6 mm rainfall in the 24 hours since yesterday morning.
The weatherman has forecast light to moderate rain in different parts of the state in the next two days.
