The 30-year-old singer was recently discharged from hospital after collapsing on the set of Nicki Minaj's video shoot for new single 'High School', reported Contactmusic.
"I want to say thank you all for your prayers and concerns. I swear to God I felt that love when I was in that hospital," Wayne said through a video.
"My album is still coming out March 26. Also, I'm still going on tour, America's Most Wanted tour with some of my closest friends in the game."
In March, Wayne had to scrap his European tour due to scheduling difficulties.
