The 32-year-old star has issued a notice in writing to Birdman and his label to release their album The Carter V, else he will sue them, reported TMZ.
Wayne believes the album is ready to go but Birdman still says there's a lot of work to be done.
According to sources, the duo is not speaking to each other and Wayne is only focused on the album. He will think about fixing their friendship once the album is released.
