Lizard found in mid-day meal at Sasaram school, 12 kids fall

Twelve kids fell ill after consuming mid-day meal at a primary school at Katar village in Dehri block today.
Sadar Sub-divisional Officer (SDO) Mohammad Shahid said a doctor was immediately called and the students were treated at the school itself. All of them recovered after some time.
"All kids are safe now. A lizard was found in the 'daal' (lentils) given to the kids. The food is provided by an outside supplier. We are probing to nail down the persons responsible for the incident," said the SDO.
