The singer opened up about her single status on The Wendy Williams show.
When asked by Williams if she was single, Lopez replied, "Yes, I've been single for a couple of months."
Calling herself a big fan of self-help books, Lopez said she does not give importance to a person's physical attributes that much.
"I'm a big soul searcher and I read a lot of, like, self-help books, you know what I mean. I am always kinda searching for answers. I'll randomly just open a Bible looking for answers and guidance," she said
"I don't look at the outside so much. I'm not an outside-cover person, I am more of, like, an essence of person.
