The romantic-comedy, directed by Vaibhav Misra, follows the life of two youngsters, who have a one-night stand.
The release date has been pushed as Misra suggested certain changes at the last minute and some addition to the film, a statement said here.
Vijay Galani, producer of the film, said a new song, "Chitta Kukkad", has been added to "enhance" the Punjabi flavour in the movie, which is being given some final touches.
"Loveshhuda" also stars 2013 Miss India title winner Navneet Kaur Dhillon, who is making her debut in Bollywood.
