Rangasamy in his message said although Puducherry was a multi-lingual Union Territory in view of lcoations of its constituent regions 'The people are united and stand as a model of unity linguistically and culturally'.
He wished the people of Union Territory and more particularly the Telugu speaking region of Yanam (an enclave in Andhra Pradesh) peace, prosperity and growth.
PCC leader A V Subramanian, AICC General Secretary V Narayanasamy and leaders of various other political parties also extended their greetings.
