Lt Governor, CM greet people on occassion of Onam

: Lt Governor of Puducherry Lt General (retired) A K Singh today greeted people of the Union Territory on the occasion of Onam festival, saying it is a symbol of unity and oneness of people belonging to various religions.
He said the festival raises the hopes and aspirations of its people for a much better future of peace, progress and prosperity.
Chief Minister N Rangasamy in his message said Onam festival underscored the importance of fraternity,unity, love, peace and tolerance and wished the people happiness and prosperity on the occasion.
